Firstly, welcome to Free Swinging UK. This is a swingers website for UK swinging. It is free to join and use. Anyone is welcome. To get the most out of this site, it's recommended to register an account, but we don't insist on this, unlike many other sites, a huge amount of this site is viewable as a guest. We don't want to artificially inflate the amount of users we have by forcing you to register to view useful info, or to find out if this site is even active in the first place. We ask for no personal details at all when you register. You have absolute control on how much info' you wish to disclose. The only thing that you need to register is an email address. You can use an email address that is non-personal, you don't have to use your regular email address.
Protecting your online details and information
As swingers ourselves, we understand that anonymity is paramount. We collect no information on you whatsoever. Other than the user-name you choose, your password and your email address to send the activation link to, all areas of the profile field are entirely optional and not required, with the exception of a vague location. You can edit info' into this area if you wish, at any time. You can equally edit information out of profile fields. It's all your choice. Very occasionally, Free Swinging UK may send you an email with site news. This wont be more often than 4 times a year. We don't collect or harvest your email for use by anyone else. Your email will never be sold, nor passed to a 3rd party. In fact, we have rules in place to stop email-harvesting and do not allow email addresses, or phone numbers to be posted openly on the site. This is to stop malicious postings of other people email addresses or phone numbers.
Credit Card details are NOT wanted. Simple as that.
As we will never charge for use of this swingers site, then we have absolutely no need to ever have access to your credit card. It's the best way we've found to protect yourself from online fraud. Simple, but effective. No one on this site should ever approach you for anything money related, if they do, then please report it to Site Admin.
Your online swingers photo's
Firstly, pictures posted on the site are not accessible to non-registered members. This is for the protection of minors and to ensure, as best we can privacy to members. Posting pictures of any description is entirely your choice. We do not insist on a photo-profile unlike other sites to tempt in others to inflate our membership further. Again, this is so you can control the amount of info you wish to have online. If you are happy with putting pics up, then that's your choice. If you never ever want to put a picture on the site, that is also your choice. Anyone putting pictures onto the site, especially an adult site like this one, should be aware that as with any picture on the internet, it comes with the risk of being viewed on the internet, anywhere in the world. It's your call. The only thing we insist on, very strongly, is that the photo's are in accordance with our rules. basically, they must be legal. Please check the rules if you are in any doubt.
To protect this site, any pics that break our rules will be immediately removed, without warning

Nervous and excited, hopefully! A lot of the fun of finding a swingers site like this is the nervousness that comes from starting out on something you've been fantasising about for maybe years. Pretty much anyone who is actively swinging, was nervous at first. It's a big step to take for many. by joining a site like Free Swinging UK, you may be starting out on a journey you'll enjoy, but the more information you have, the easier that journey will be. We can't answer every question here, we'd be here forever even thinking them up. Instead, why not post a question on the site, The Hub is the best place to ask anything. A swingers site like this thrives on people just like you asking questions you have. You may think your question will have been asked a thousand times before, but the vital thing is that it hasn't been asked by YOU. Most swingers using this site will only be too happy to reply to you if they can offer help or advice. We all, mostly, joined swingers sites like this and had the very same questions you are dying to ask. Your question, posted on the site will also help others who may be viewing as a guest or too nervous to ask themselves, you may even be that guest and realise that this site is made up of people just like you who are also curious about the swinging lifestyle and how to start out.
How do I post a question, or anything on the swingers discussion boards?
It's incredibly easy. It's all a simple process that anyone can do. Obviously, to post on the site, you have to have registered. Then, you go to the forum you wish to post in, The Hub is where most questions would be posted. At the very top of the page, you'll see a squarish button that says: "New Topic" , click on this, and you'll have a couple of boxes to type into. The first is a "subject" box. A new post (called a "thread") can't be started without a title. You can enter anything into this box, but it's useful to others if you are a bit descriptive in your title. A thread with the title "A Question" will not be as informative as "A question from newbies about swinging".
Then you'll see a large white empty box. This is where you type your question. Try not to use text speak as your preferred choice of English. Everyone here is an adult, and you don't have to save space by typing as if it were on a mobile phone. Feel free to explain yourself, as much or as little as you want. Read it back to yourself before you post, and imagine it is being read by someone else. Will they understand, easily, what you are asking? If so, then the next step is to go below the box you typed in and press the "submit" button. This will make your question "live" on the website.
It couldn't really be any easier, and once you've done it once, you'll be surprised that it ever worried you.
