While this website and forum are entirely free to join, use and enjoy we also want to keep it a friendly, fun and legal place too. We don't want to overburden people with "do's and don'ts", but we do need people to abide by the following rules.
Be legal. Don't Spam. Be nice.
These are the general rules to use this website. You may notice that on every single page of this site, you will find a link to the site rules in the tabs at the top.
This site will not tolerate the things below, although this isn't a complete list and we reserve the right to end membership if we believe that someone has done something that we consider to be outside of the spirit of these rules, or is illegal or is not defined here. We will also add conditions as and when necessary.
1.Be Legal. Our strictest rule, we will not in any way condone or accept things that are illegal, either in text or image form, or by any other way. To make this absolutely clear, this site will immediately remove membership, and if necessary report to the police, anyone who posts on this site articles/pictures or anything else, to do with non-consensual sexual acts. Child-porn, rape, incest, bestiality are ALL consider to be non-consensual and are not wanted on this site.
You'll find every page on this entire site is ICRA labelled (Internet Content Rating Association), to help us ensure the protection of children.
2.Don't Spam or place email/phone details on the site. This site is a free to use site and isn't part of a network. To that aim, we request that no-one posts links or URL's to other sites that are intended, by the poster of that link, to divert users from this site, to another site that is intended to benefit someone else financially, or to send someone to a site with the intention of leaching or poaching our membership. Simply put - Do not post links to other swinging, dating or other adult forums, free or pay-for.
2a.Do not solicit people to contact you to find out the address of your website, and do not message members by email or private message, asking them to come to your website. If you are in doubt about this rule, we ask you to contact Admin or a Moderator asking if the link is OK.
If we see links we think are spam, they will be removed, the account may be terminated and the poster's ISP may be informed regarding illegal spamming. Links posted in the spirit of sharing something genuinely useful to the UK swinging community are allowed, as long as you don't financially benefit. If in doubt, contact us.
2b.Any mention of payment for services OR exchange in kind, even if it does not involve a financial transaction, is NOT allowed.
Club and venue owners can (and are encouraged!) to post links to their websites and can also post links in their signatures to their websites. Please see our banner page if you'd like to return the favour.
2c.Email addresses and phone numbers are NOT to be posted by members on forum posts*. Anyone posting an email address or a phone number will find it removed as soon as we spot it, continual posting of an email address will lead to a warning, and possibly your membership being ended. There is an email facility in your profile, please use this, or preferably ask to be contacted by Private Message (PM).
**Admin and Moderators have the ability to see your email details, these are kept private and will not be given out to anyone, ever.
*This rule exists to stop malicious postings of non-members email addresses or phone numbers. Email addresses posted on the web also attract spam-bots that will harvest your email address and swamp you with spam, there is already enough of that going around, don’t add to it.
2d.Email addresses as usernames, for example: member123xyz@hotmail.com, are also not allowed. The account will be de-activated after an email has been sent to the user asking them to re-register with a new name.
*The exception to the no email addresses on the forum rule is in the "Swinger's Clubs and Venues" forum, email addresses and phone numbers CAN be posted by club owners, or by Admin, as the info is already available on the internet elsewhere. It also provides a useful resource for those wishing to contact a particular club.
3.Be Nice. No-one comes here for problems or abuse. If you can't be nice, then please feel free to step away from the keyboard, or go elsewhere on the internet. Please -treat people as you wish to be treated yourself. As free as this site is to join, it is equally free to leave if you feel you aren't happy here.
4.Further rules. Please do not use genital pictures, either male or female, as avatars.
Also, please do not post images (even if they are non-sexual or intended for humour) that do not belong to you, as this is copyright violation and puts this site at risk. You will either be asked to remove the picture/article, or it will be removed by the Mod Team.
